A 64-year-old from Brant County has been charged with careless driving after a school bus drove a short distance with a five-year-old caught in its doors. Minor injuries have been reported.
BRANT COUNTY - Only minor injuries have been reported after a child got caught in the doors of a school bus in Brant County.
According to the Brant OPP, it happened while the five-year-old was getting off the bus in Mount Pleasant shortly before 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday November 1st.
Police say the bus drove about 15 to 20 feet with the child's legs dangling outside before the bus stopped.
A 64-year-old from Brant County has been charged with careless driving.
