Gino's Pizza won Best Pepperoni Pizza and Best Creative Pizza during PizzaFest in downtown Ingersoll yesterday.
INGERSOLL - The results are in and Gino's Pizza was the big winner at PizzaFest in downtown Ingersoll.
The restaurant won not only the best Pepperoni Pizza prize last night but also the Best Creative Pizza with their Supreme Pizza.
A panel of judges sampled pizzas from six different pizzerias last night; Gino's, Tito's, Dominos, Little Caesars, Pizza Hut, and Ingersoll Lanes.
The event was hosted by the Ingersoll BIA and it also included street vendors, kids activities, live music, and extended downtown business hours. The proceeds supported The Salvation Army, Ingersoll Creative Arts Centre, and The Ingersoll Pipe Band.
