Brant County OPP are investigating reports of a possible airplane in distress Friday evening.
Reports say a ground search was conducted in Ayr, and a Hercules aircraft searched overhead.
The plane was allegedly flying low, and then disappeared from sight.
Nothing was found through the air search.
