SOUTHWESTERN ONTARIO - We are actively trying to track the freedom convoy as it makes it's way across Southwestern Ontario.
We spoke with the person who was listed as the Ontario Western representative for Canada Unity at around 8:30 a.m. today. He confirmed that they had been dealing with hacking issues with their website and said he was expecting the convoy to roll through the London, Woodstock and Drumbo area sometime around 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. possibly sooner.
Since then, we have also seen other have posts online suggesting the convoy should be arriving in London at around 11:00 a.m, depart London between 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m, stop at the Drumbo Shell station 1:30 p.m. and leave Drumbo at 2:00 p.m.
We have been able to confirm that the convoy has not passed the Flying J truck stop in London at this time, and as of 10:24 a.m. this morning we have noticed some traffic delays on the eastbound 401 around Chatham. We will continue to do our best to track this convoy.
Heart FM News Director Chris McMillan stopped by the Drumbo overpass and noticed a large group of supporters gathering.
