Mental health and COVID-19 will be key topics for an upcoming virtual panel discussion for Oxford County residents.
OXFORD COUNTY - Oxford County residents are invited to a virtual panel discussion called Mapping Mental Health, What We All Need to Know to discuss Mental Health in this COVID Time.
Executive Director for United Way Oxford Kelly Gilson says the evening will feature several local experts.
"We have representatives on our panel from the Oxford County Community Health Centre, Woodstock Hospital, CMHA Oxford and the Ingersoll Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic."
Gilson says everyone is struggling right now.
"This has been an incredibly challenging year and we know it's far more difficult for some than others, but that said every single person I have talked to has talked about the stress of the last year in some way, shape or form."
The online event is happening next Tuesday March 30th from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. and the conservation is free to attend. All you have to do is e-mail amanda@unitedwayoxford.ca in order to register.
