The Coldest Night of the Year is a winterrific family-friendly walk in support of local charities serving people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness. Join us on February 24, 2024 - team up, fundraise, walk, and take a moment to look closer... because it’s cold out there.

Walk to support vital basic needs programs in Ingersoll such as the Mobile Outreach Bus, housing outreach, mental health counselling, food security, as well as access to the Light House and Huron House transitional housing programs that provide safe housing & wrap-around supports delivered by the Oxford County Community Health Centre. Homelessness impacts many, from those sleeping on the streets, in shelters, couch-surfing, staying in unsafe conditions or struggling to remain housed; a variety of services & partnerships are required to make a positive impact.
Walk to help our community members who need help to get through a difficult time. Walk to prevent homelessness in Ingersoll by ensuring targeted interventions & programs are available to keep people safe & housed. Walk to invest in local well-being services that address the complex needs necessary to move people forward to a better future filled with stability, hope & opportunity.
