Specializing in the areas of Operational Stress Injuries for Military & Police; individual therapy; couples counselling; LGBTQ2+ and addiction services. In addition, I provide workplace employee training for healthy mental health and wellness outcomes for employers. Diversity Counselling is client centered, goal focused, emotionally supportive and provides a compassionate process to create lasting life changes.
