Police say the Toronto resident pocketed the $50,000 they were given to invest by a person in Brant County.
BRANT COUNTY - Brant County OPP have charged a Toronto resident with fraud over $5,000.
Police were contacted by a Brant County resident after he provided $50,000 to the suspect on their behalf. Police say that money was never invested.
Cary Antony Martin of Toronto was arrested on Wednesday and was also charged with Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
