A 33 year old father of 8 died following a collision on Sunday
BAYNES TOWNSHIP - A two vehicle collision in Baynes Township has claimed the life of a 33 year old Woodstock man.
According to OPP, the Woodstock man's vehicle crossed the centre lane and collided head-on with a pickup truck Sunday afternoon around 1:35pm.
Steven Jedrasik was pronounced dead at the scene while two women in the pick-up were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A properly installed car seat is being credited with saving the life of a 20 month old child in the back of the vehicle.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
Jedrasik leaves behind a wife and eight children.
