
After months of minimal outbreaks at local long term care homes, a total of 10 homes in the SWPH region are reporting outbreaks.
OVID-19 has made a return to long term care homes in the Southwestern Public Health Region.
After several months with minimal outbreaks, a total of 10 homes are currently in outbreak in the region. Thankfully no deaths have been reported in the most recent outbreak.

Valleyview Nursing Home - 9 residents have tested positive and 6 staff members. The outbreak started on December 23.
Woodingford Lodge - 3 residents have tested positive and 5 staff members. The outbreak started on December 28.
Chartwell Oxford Gardens - 3 residents has tested positive and 1 case is under investigation. The outbreak started on December 30.
Caressant Care Bonnie Place Retirement Home - 1 resident has tested positive and 6 cases are under investigation. The outbreak started on December 30.
Caressant Care Bonnie Place Nursing Home - No residents have tested positive but 4 staff members have. The outbreak started on December 30.
Elgin Manor St. Thomas - 4 residents have tested positive and 1 staff member. The outbreak started on December 31.
Beattie Manor Retirement residence - 1 resident has tested positive. The outbreak started on December 31.
Extendicare Port Stanley - 1 resident has tested positive and 2 staff members. The outbreak started on January 2.
Secord Trails Ingersoll - 2 residents have tested positive. The outbreak started on January 2.
Chartwell Aylmer - 3 residents have tested positive. The outbreak started on January 2.
