No one was hurt after a shelter in place was issued in the Lisgar Ave area of Tillsonburg on Friday.
TILLSONBURG - A 19-year-old from Brampton is facing a list of charges after a shelter in place was issued in Tillsonburg.
Residents and business owners in the Lisgar Ave area were told to stay inside Friday morning, due to an active police investigation in the area. Officers seized a firearm and about $10,000 worth of drugs while arresting their suspect.
The charges include possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted weapon, unauthorized possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, careless storage of a firearm, and two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
