Today (Sunday) marks a bitter sweet day for family and friends of grade 3 Woodstock Student Tori Stafford. Easter Sunday marks the 3rd year since little Tori was swept away from her family - only to be found murdered and left behind more than 3 months later in a secluded area near Mt. Forest. Tori?s Father, Rodney Stafford, says regardless of the holiday, he spends April 8thwith his only daughter "April eighth we're probably just going to comm....well...not even commemorate it...it's Easter. Easter Sunday. Spend it with our kids and like I said we'll probably go out to the cemetery, dig a couple of little holes, bury some eggs like we do every year and share Easter with Victoria". Tori disappeared April 8, 2009 and was not found until July 19ththat same year. One of her accused, 21 year old Terri-Lynne McClintic, pleaded guilty April 30, 2010 to first degree murder in her death. The other accused, former boyfriend, Michael Rafferty, stands accused of first degree murder, sexual assault causing bodily harm and kidnapping. He has pleaded not guilty on all 3 counts. Rafferty ?s case is still before the courts in London, Ontario 20 days into his trial.
