OXFORD - The West Region OPP issued 278 impaired driving charges during its Festive RIDE Campaign.
The Oxford and Middlesex detachments both had the most amount of charges laid with 43 each.
The South Bruce detachment had the least amount with only four charges laid.
The West Region OPP has over 1900 ride checkpoints this year, which was an increase from the 1200 checkpoints they had in 2021.
