
The Canadian men's para ice hockey team suffered a 5-0 loss against the U.S. in the gold medal final over the weekend.
BEIJING - Garrett Riley will be bringing a silver medal home to Oxford County.
The Canadian men's para ice hockey team fell to the U.S. in the gold medal match over the weekend with a final score of 5-0.
Riley was able to score a goal for the Canadians when they celebrated a 11-0 semifinal win over Korea Thursday night.
Team Canada finished the Paralympics with a total of 25 medals; 8 gold, 6 silver and 11 bronze. Canada third overall, behind Ukraine with 29 medals and China with 61 medals.
