Oxford OPP search for man in early twenties who exposed genitals to a woman in Tillsonburg
TILLSONBURG – The Ontario Provincial Police force is searching for a man who exposed his genitals to a woman from the seat of his pick-up truck in Tillsonburg.
The indecent act happened between 5:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. Monday at a stop sign on Sanders Street at Broadway Street, police say.
The woman approached the passenger window of the truck as she walked along the sidewalk because the man was speaking to her.
That's when she noticed his exposed genitals, police say.
The man is described as white, between 20 and 25 years old, short sandy blond hair. He was wearing blue jeans and a black button-up shirt with white stripes.
The woman last saw his vehicle head North on Broadway, and then East onto Lisgar Avenue.
He was driving a black, older-model truck with tinted windows and two-wheel drive.
Police ask anyone with information to call the OPP at 1 888 310 1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1 800 222 8477 (TIPS).
