DELHI - A Norfolk County resident is on the wrong side of the law.
This past Sunday just before 12:10 a.m. Norfolk OPP conducted a traffic stop on James Street in Delhi. A roadside sobriety test was done, and the driver was taken into custody.
As a result, the 21-year-old has been charged with operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus, being a young driver with a B.A.C above 0, and driving a motor vehicle with an open container of liquor.
