Kids ages 3 to 13 will have the opportunity to participate in a duathlon in Southside Park tomorrow.
The Kids Du is purely about fun and the love of being active according to club member Terri Jenkin.
"The course is run-bike-run and the course is geared to each age group so they aren't extending themselves too much."
Kids between 3 and 13 can take part in the duathlon at
"The fact that it's non-competitive - the idea is for our club we want to keep kids moving, get them motivated, doing multi-sport activities, being outside and enjoying the outdoors."
Once the race is over, healthy snacks will be provided by YFM.
