OPP Raid Zorra Home, seizing $290,000 worth of drugs
A major drug bust in Zorra Township.
OPP raided a home on the 43rd Line Wednesday afternoon. Inside, police found an estimated $290,000 worth of marijuana plants, cannabis and cannabis resin, crack cocaine, percocet pills and methanphetamine.
Three Zorra residents are facing a long list of charges:
Kimberly LACROIX, female, age 38 years
- Production of a Controlled Substance (Cannabis Marihuana) – Controlled Drug and Substances Act
- Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – 2 Counts Controlled Drug and Substances Act
- Possession of a Controlled Substance – 4 Counts (Cannabis Resin /Cocaine /Methamphetamine) – Controlled Drug and Substances Act
- Possession of Firearm or Ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order – Criminal Code of Canada
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000.00 – 3 Counts – Criminal Code of Canada
Jeffrey MCROBERT, male, age 37 years
- Production of a Controlled Substance (Cannabis Marihuana) – Controlled Drug and Substances Act
- Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – 2 Counts Controlled Drug and Substances Act
- Possession of a Controlled Substance – 3 Counts (Cannabis Resin /Cocaine /Methamphetamine) – Controlled Drug and Substances Act
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000.00 – 3 Counts – Criminal Code of Canada
Derrick OLDHAM, male, age 32 years
- Production of a Controlled Substance (Cannabis Marihuana) – Controlled Drug and Substances Act
- Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – 2 Counts Controlled Drug and Substances Act
- Possession of a Controlled Substance – 3 Counts (Cannabis Resin /Cocaine /Methamphetamine) – Controlled Drug and Substances Act
