***NOTE - Contents of this report are graphic and may be disturbing.*** A third day of testimony by Terri-Lynne McClintic is underway in London. As Heart FM's Blair Wilson reports, court recessed for 30-minutes to allow Terri-Lynne McClintic to review a statement that she had previously made to police. McClintic, 21, is testifying at the trial of her former boyfriend Michael Rafferty, 31, who has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder, sexual assault causing bodily harm and kidnapping in the April 2009 death of 8-year-old Tori Stafford. When McClintic came back to the stand, she testified that it was her that in fact kicked Tori, and hit her with a hammer. In her statements to police, McClintic had said it was Rafferty that wielded the hammer, while she watched from a distance. The jury was then excluded while legal issues are being discussed.
