Blandford-Blenheim Township has not made a decision yet when it comes to compensating those who were affected buy the contaminants found on gravel roads earlier this year.
BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM TOWNSHIP - The Township of Blandford-Blenheim has released a statement about the gravel road situation.
Crews discovered nails and wires on some of the roads earlier this year, and they have been grading the roads and running magnets over them to clean up the mess.
In terms of compensating those who have been affected, Township Council has not made a decision yet but one should be made early in the New Year.
Those who have been affected are encouraged to reach out to the Township. They can send their receipts to gravelroads@blandfordblenheim.ca along with the approximate date, time, and location where their damage occurred.
