SOUTH WALSINGHAM - One man from Norfolk County was charged with impaired driving after Norfolk County OPP responded to a complaint on 8th Concession Road.
Officers arrived on scene and dealt with a complaint about an individual riding an ATV went to the home. After officers spoke to the rider, they then took him into custody without incident.
A 32-year-old man was charged with the following offence:
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration 80 plus.
The accused is scheduled to appear in a Simcoe courtroom at a later date.

COURTLAND - A Norfolk County man will be walking for awhile after his license was suspended.
Norfolk County OPP officers were on patrol after 2'o'clock this morning when a car got their attention. The vehicle was then stopped and investigated.
Police charged a 38-year-old driver with three counts of driving while under suspension.
The driver is scheduled to appear in a courtroom in Simcoe at a later date.

MIDDLETON - Norfolk County OPP responded to a neighbour dispute that happened at a home on First Avenue.
Police say two neighbours had got into an ongoing dispute which escalated into a physical confrontation. Officers arrived on scene and also saw the victim's property had been damaged.
Police have charged a 30-year-old man from Norfolk County with four counts of mischief under $5,000 and assault.
The accused was held for a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear in a Simcoe courtroom today.

TURKEY POINT - Norfolk County OPP responded to a report of an impaired driver on Mole Side Road.
Officers arrived on scene before 9:00 pm on August 7th and found the driver who was then taken into custody.
A 44-year-old man from Windsor by police with the following offences:
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs.
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration 80 plus.
The accused is scheduled to appear in a Simcoe courtroom at a later date.
