A Peterborough man has been charged after taking part in fraudulent activity in Paris.
PARIS - A Peterborough man is facing charges after using fraudulent documents.
Brant County OPP was dispatched to a business on Grand River Street in Paris last Thursday just after 11:05 a.m. Police were told the man was trying to open a bank account and proceeded to hand over a document that the employee felt was fraudulent.
After the investigation, police arrested and charged the 48-year-old man, who is now facing the charges of possession of an identity document, along with using, dealing, and acting on a forged document.
