**Update at 10:30 am; crews are working on the location of the power outage and hope to have the power restored by 12:30 pm** We have reports of power outages stretching from the Sweaburg Road area, in the south-west part of the city up to the north end of the city near Pittock and Willow Lake. According to Hydro One's website, roughly 2100 customers are affected by the outage. They hope to have the problem resolved before noon.
