Those interested in opening their doors for the Spirit of Christmas Tour of Homes have until August 16th to contact the Woodstock Museum.
WOODSTOCK - It may only be July, but the officials at the Woodstock Museum are already thinking about the holiday season.
It's bringing back the Spirit of Christmas Tour of Homes on November 30th and registration is now open for homeowners who want to participate.
The Museum wants to showcase some of the most festive historic and modern homes in the city. Those who decide to participate will open the doors of their home, so those who buy tickets for the tour will be able to check out their Christmas decor. The Museum says there will be volunteer greeters on site and plastic bags will be provided so visitors can carry their shoes with them while they're indoors.
Homeowners who sign up for the Spirit of Christmas Tour of Homes will get two free tickets to the tour, a one-year membership to the museum, and a restaurant gift card.
Those who are interested have until August 16th to contact the Museum by calling 519-537-8411 or sending an e-mail to museum@cityofwoodstock.ca.
