
An outbreak has been declared at the Caressant Care Retirement Home in Woodstock after 18 residents and 2 staff members tested positive for COVID-19.
OXFORD/ST.THOMAS/ELGIN - Southwestern Public Health has confirmed 9 new cases of the virus today, 26 resolved cases and 2 additional deaths.
We currently have 9 people in the hospital with the virus, including 2 in the ICU. The Health Unit is reporting 249 active cases with most of them in Tillsonburg, Woodstock, Norwich Township, and St. Thomas. Here is the breakdown of the locations according to Southwestern Public Health:
