Strong Feb Numbers in the Local Real Estate Market

Sales are trending upwards so far this year in the local real estate market. February sales numbers have been released, showing an 18% increase last month, over February 2012. 98 homes sold at an average price of $224,780. Total sales year-to-date are also up 18% from 2012. Real Estate Board President William Cattle notes it's one of the best February sales numbers in the region.
