Two men from Woodstock and a woman from Ingersoll were arrested after police say a woman was kidnapped in London and forcibly confined and assaulted on Alice Street in Woodstock.
Three people, two from Woodstock and one from Ingersoll have been arrested after a kidnapping.
Police say a woman was kidnapped from the London area on Sunday. She was taken to a home on Alice Street in Woodstock where police say she was and another man were forcibly confined and assaulted.
Shawn Anthony Brazier and Anthony Robert Armstrong, both of Woodstock were arrested and charged with 2 counts of forcible confinement and assault. Brazier was also charged with Theft over $5,000 of a motor vehicle and Armstrong was also charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
Sabrina Joan Wellar of Ingersoll was charged with 2 counts of forcible confinement, theft over $5,000 and assault.
Police are looking for three people and two vehicles of interest that were in the area of Alice St. in the City of Woodstock, on Sunday, April 10, 2022 between 1:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Vehicle 1 is described as a newer black Dodge Ram pickup truck. Vehicle 2 is an older blue or silver Chevrolet Malibu.
Police do not believe there is an immediate threat to public safety.
