
Three people have been arrested after OPP found marijuana, heroin and meth at a home in Tillsonburg.
TILLSONGURG - Three people are facing drug trafficking charges after a search warrant was executed in Tillsonburg.
Oxford OPP say they found an estimated $44,500 worth of marijuana, methamphetamine, heroin and cannabis resin at the home on Oxford Street. Police also found $1,095 in cash, scales and packaging material. One man from Malahide Township, a resident of Tillonsburg and a man from Norfolk County have been charged.
33-year old Johan FEHR of Malahide Township was charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with the following:
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Heroin
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Other Drugs
Possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking – Over 3 kilograms
Possession of a Schedule II substance – Cannabis resin – Over 1 gram
Possession of a Schedule III substance
Possession of a Schedule I substance - Methamphetamine
39-year-old Peter KNELSEN of Tillsonburg was charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with the following:
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Heroin
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Other Drugs
Possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking – Over 3 kilograms
Possession of a Schedule II substance – Cannabis resin – Over 1 gram
Possession of a Schedule III substance for the purpose of trafficking
30-year-old Mark WINKWORTH of Norfolk County was charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with the following:
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Heroin
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Other Drugs
Possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Over 3 kilograms
Possession of a Schedule II substance – Cannabis resin – Over 1 gram
All three males appeared for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock.
