OPP stop a speeding vehicle but charge the driver with impaired after failing a roadside test

A Tillsonburg man who OPP say was speeding down Victoria Street is now facing an impaired charge.

It happened just before 9:30 Sunday night.

OPP say 33 year old David Keith O'Donnell failed a roadside test and is now facing charges of impaired operation of a motor vehicle as well as driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
